Our Commitment

Compliance You Can Count On

JC Inspections operates in strict accordance with all applicable federal and Texas state laws. Our clients — lenders, servicers, insurers, and legal professionals — can rely on us to deliver services that are legally sound, professionally documented, and fully defensible.

Why Compliance Matters in Field Inspection

Field inspection services touch sensitive consumer data, occupied properties, and legally significant documents. Every inspection we conduct, every door we knock, and every document we serve is performed within the boundaries set by federal regulators and the State of Texas. We train our field agents on applicable law, maintain documented procedures, and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards.
